What kelpais is and is not
- kelpais makes predictions only. It does not take bets, hold money or place bets for you. You place any bet yourself, with a bookmaker you choose.
- Nothing on kelpais is advice, and nothing is a promise of winnings or profit. Our chances can be wrong.
- A prediction is an opinion. A pick with a high chance of winning still loses often, and betting can lose you money.
- You must be 18 or over to use kelpais. If you are under 18, please do not sign up.

Keeping it fun
- Set a limit on what you can afford to lose and on how long you play before you start, and stop when you reach it. Most bookmakers let you set deposit limits, time-outs and reality checks in your account.
- Never chase losses, and never bet money you need for bills, rent or food.
- Take breaks. Set a time limit as well as a money limit.
- Do not bet when you are upset, angry or have been drinking.
- Remember that every bet can lose. A prediction is a chance, not a promise.
Signs it may be a problem
- You bet more than you can afford, or more than you meant to.
- You feel anxious or irritable when you are not betting.
- You hide your betting from people close to you.
- You borrow money or sell things to bet.

How we behave
- We never present betting as a source of income, and we never say that a prediction is certain to win.
- We show the picks that lost as well as the ones that won.
- We have no bonuses, offers or affiliate links to bookmakers, and we do not ask you to bet more.
- We show what a stake would return, but we do not tell you how much to stake. That is your decision.
